Airbnb has clearly had a huge impact on how people perceive check-ins and accommodations. It has changed the way people travel and has helped to reduce the stigma associated with some types of lodging. The large range of special and unique accommodations offered by Airbnb is one of the primary features that make it appealing. Unlike ordinary motel rooms, Airbnb offerings frequently feature unique properties such as warm apartments, lovely cottages, sophisticated lofts, or even bizarre treehouses.

This listing is located at Sabang, Puerto Galera. It is owned by Paula Marie Estrellas, a local at Sabang Puerto Galera. It is 3 - 5 mins away from the markets, pubs, and restaurants. It’s almost like a Poblacion of Puerto Galera as I have told my friends. It had everything we needed! Not to mention that we got it for only a steal price of ₱5000 to be split by our group so it was really budget friendly for a place that offered comfort, entertainment, and privacy to each couple in our group. With this experience , I can attest that travelers now opt for the comfort and convenience of staying in an Airbnb apartment, which frequently includes amenities like kitchens, living rooms, and separate bedrooms. This "home away from home" ambiance appeals to couples, friends, and families looking for a more private and relaxed vacation experience.

This thriving business not only offered a repudiation of motel and hotel stigmas, but it also allowed clients and hosts to interact with one another by allowing different cultures from different provinces to offer a tip or suggest a next stop on your checklist that makes it easy for you to explore the place you’re at with the help of a local, the host theirselves. Overall, the success of Airbnb has posed a challenge to the traditional hotel business, making people more receptive and open to alternative housing options. As it grows, it will most certainly affect how individuals approach travel accommodations and continue to decrease any lingering emotions of shame associated with unusual check-ins.
